Her strong leadership not only drives the company’s success but also fosters positive relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors alike.
Chief Operating Officer, is a founding owner of Johnson Construction Services, LLC. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Growing up in Crowley, TX, he learned the value of hard work in his family’s business and honed his skills working for Lone Star Gas and a Dallas-based General Construction Company. In 1999, Paul founded his own company, overseeing over $50 million in projects. He’s built a strong team focused on quality and continuous improvement, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes through every phase of construction.
Project Manager, has over 25 years in architecture and construction, specializing in Project Management and Construction Administration. From 2005 to 2023, he worked with design teams and engineers, overseeing construction documents, the bid process, and client communication. Skilled in managing costs, quality, and schedules, Robert effectively communicates project status to all parties, including County Commissioners and City Administrators. He has worked as Project Architect on a range of builds, including Service Centers, Fire Stations, Police Stations, Courthouses, Offices, and Parks Buildings in Burleson, Carrollton, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, and others. Dedicated to advocating for clients, Robert ensures the project meets both functional and design goals.
Superintendent, has 40+ years’ experience in the industry. After graduating from Texas State Tech College with a degree in Building Construction Management, Bill served the Grand Prairie Fire Department for 15 years while building up a home improvement business. From the fire department, Bill transitioned to the city’s Housing Department, serving as the Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator, developing the department’s processes and procedures. In 2019, Bill retired from the city and joined Johnson Construction Services LLC. His appreciation for the unique challenges each project brings and his demand for quality work are two of his attributes that make Bill the perfect representative to oversee our projects.
Foreman, has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Specializing in overseeing daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, Ben brings strong leadership and exceptional problem-solving skills to every job site. His attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members make him an invaluable asset on any construction project.
